Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from LULA.


Shipping Destinations

LULA currently ships to the following regions:

  • European Union (EU)
  • Norway
  • Switzerland

We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, or other regions.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days.

Orders placed after 17:00 (5 PM) are processed on the next business day.

During peak periods, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be longer.


Delivery Times

Live (In-Stock) Items

  • Delivered within up to 12 business days after dispatch.

Pre-Order Items

  • Estimated delivery time: approximately 3 weeks.
  • This timeframe includes production and shipping.

Pre-order timelines may be affected by high order volume or production circumstances outside our control. LULA works with third-party manufacturing partners and cannot guarantee production timelines if delays occur at the factory level.

Orders Containing Pre-Order and Live Items

If your order contains both:

  • Live items will be shipped immediately
  • Pre-order items will be shipped separately once production is completed

Some orders may also arrive in multiple packages depending on logistics and warehouse handling.


Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped using various international shipping carriers depending on destination, availability, and logistics partners. Carrier selection may vary per order.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • A tracking number

Tracking information allows you to monitor the shipment progress.


Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges

LULA attempts to cover applicable taxes where possible.

However:

  • Orders above €150 may be subject to import duties or taxes depending on the destination country.
  • These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including:

  • Customs processing
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Holiday periods
  • High shipping volumes
  • Logistical disruptions

LULA cannot guarantee delivery times once a shipment has been handed over to the carrier.


Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit and cannot be located within 30 days from the order date, LULA will issue a full refund for the order.


Delivered but Not Received

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you have not received it:

  1. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
  2. If the investigation confirms non-receipt, LULA will issue a gift card for the order value.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • LULA will attempt to update the address if possible.
  • If the shipment cannot be redirected, the package will need to be returned to our warehouse.

Once the returned package is received, we will issue a gift card for the order value.


Refused Deliveries

If a delivery is refused:

  • The package must first return to our warehouse.
  • Once received, we will issue either:
    • a refund, or
    • a gift card, depending on the situation.

Holiday Shipping

During holidays and peak seasons, shipping and processing times may be longer than usual due to increased order volume and courier capacity limitations.


Force Majeure

LULA shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver orders due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters
  • strikes
  • transportation disruptions
  • customs delays
  • government actions
  • supply chain disruptions
  • manufacturing interruptions
  • pandemics or similar global events

In such circumstances, delivery timelines may be extended.
