LULA currently ships to all European Union countries, Norway, Switzerland and the United States. We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom.
Shipping to EU countries is €2.99 for orders up to €75 and free for orders over €75. Shipping to Norway and Switzerland is €4.99 for orders up to €75 and free for orders over €75. Shipping to the United States is €7.99 for orders up to €100 and free for orders over €100.
Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days. In-stock items are delivered within up to 12 business days after dispatch. Pre-order items ship separately once production is completed.
LULA has a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, with tags, in their original packaging, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, email contact@lula-activewear.com with the subject “REFUND”.
